MoU with RTIH
AgriMinds signed a Memorandum of Understanding with RTIH to collaborate on and incubate agritech startups — a formal step toward building out the innovation side of the ecosystem.

Sri Chiranjiv Choudary garu has been at the forefront of Andhra Pradesh's efforts to build a stronger food-processing ecosystem — promoting value addition, investment, farmer-linked enterprises and market opportunities. His work reflects an important shift from simply producing more to creating more value from what our farmers produce.

Ravi has 28 years of experience leading business, strategy, sales, operations, and corporate quality for global corporations and startups. A serial entrepreneur and angel investor, he now leads Ratan Tata Incubation Hub – Visakhapatnam, mentoring founders and supporting the growth of the startup ecosystem.

Ravi’s focus areas include strategy, business process reengineering, business turnaround, new product and service development, manufacturing and supply-chain optimization, Six Sigma consulting, digitization, and cost optimization. His work has supported Fortune 500 firms including Caterpillar, General Electric, General Motors, Mitsubishi HM India, Mahindra & Mahindra, Dunlop, and Castrol. His last assignment before becoming an entrepreneur was Head – Corporate Quality (CQO) at Mahindra Satyam, now Tech Mahindra.
Before heading companywide quality, Ravi was the business leader managing a large client across India, China, Hungary, Mexico, and Malaysia. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2012, and he successfully exited his first two ventures, Pena4 Tech and Schemax Tech, by selling his stakes. Inc42 identified him as one of the top angel investors in Andhra Pradesh. He is a Director at Alcove Partners, an angel investment and startup mentoring firm operating from Vizag.
Ravi has angel investments in and advises on strategy and sales for largely Vizag-based startups: Akrivis (biotechnology), Oceanautics (defence), AskA2Z (quick commerce and delivery), ANTAR IoT (industrial IoT), InterviewBuddy (HR technology), DreamBot (robotics and automation), gny.ai (financial technology), SWAP Dietetics (health and wellness), Mythri MedTech and Mythri InnoTech (medical technology), Akshaya Innotech (sustainability), and Akshaya Rare Earth Minerals (manufacturing). He is also in discussions on investment and advisory work with a large conglomerate in healthcare, hospitality, and tourism.
As a Shadow Board member, Ravi worked with Mahindra Satyam’s Board of Directors on the company’s revival and merger with Tech Mahindra. His honours include the NASSCOM Innovation Award, General Motors USA’s ‘Best of the Best’ Chairman’s Honour Award, the CIO award at OnStar Corp. USA, and Best Strategy among Mahindra & Mahindra group companies.
As CEO of Ratan Tata Incubation Hub – Visakhapatnam, Ravi is involved in startup mentoring and growth, turning around ailing companies, investing in early- and growth-stage startups, and guiding business strategy and pitching. He conducts entrepreneurship awareness sessions, teaches entrepreneurship at IIMs, IITs, and NITs, and serves on the governing councils of incubation centres at some of these institutions.
